To support its growing business, the company needed to build a multi-cloud infrastructure that could support the existing cloud infrastructure. They experienced a decline in their customer base because of the constant security breach they had with multiple users which increased the workload on the cloud infrastructure they had.
MatosSphere is an intelligent auto-remediation tool which helps customers monitor and resolve issues that affect their cloud environment, optimizing costs and improving best practices on the cloud. To reduce the pressure on the cloud infrastructure, we built an efficient DevOps pipeline that was agile and scalable to ensure continuous integration and releases within the heterogeneous environment. Then carried out a deep observability across the overall infrastructure resources to enable recommendations across cloud platforms. We installed a templates repository to use/manage IaC/PaC with on the fly customizations to parameters as needed. We further used secured and compliant Landing Zone IaC from the repository to set up fresh infrastructure that would evolve and scale along with infrastructure.
Our team conducted a thorough audit on the multi-cloud environment to discover new vulnerabilities, shadow IT, account creep, etc and used the reports generated to fix the identified threats found. We created a changelog and requested that the DevOps engineers require access to platforms and tools that will be used in the accounts. We successfully managed the multiple vendors and users and ensured all security measures are met and strictly adhered
